After The Vows
72% of all brides say they would have spent more time choosing their reception entertainment. Almost 100% say they would have spent more of their budget on the entertainment. During wedding planning, Brides say their highest priority is their attire, followed by the reception site and caterer – reception entertainment is among the least of their priorities. Within one week after their reception, 78% of Brides say they would have made the entertainment their highest priority! When asked 81% of guests say the thing they remember most about a wedding is the entertainment. 65% of all couples that chose a band to entertain at their wedding, said, if they had it to do over again, they would have chosen a disc jockey.
Prior To Booking
DJ Verrett offers different options for you to meet so you will know who will be performing for you and your guests on your big day. Clients may meet at our office located in Brentwood Ca. If a customer cannot meet us in our office, we will set up a personal appointment at a location of customer’s choice.
Once a customer decides that DJ Verrett is the premier DJ service, all we need is a completed contract and a $100.00 non-refundable retainer fee. That’s it! We will follow up with phone calls and you can make appointments at your convenience to discuss any other details. About one month before your event, we will set up an appointment to discuss details of the reception. We’ll find out exactly what you want and expect, as well as what you don’t want.
The Day of the Wedding
On the day of the wedding reception we arrive at least an hour before your guests are scheduled to arrive to set up and double check our system. Our goal for that day is to make the reception as enjoyable for you and your guests as possible. We will act as a complete MC for the evening as well as the DJ. We also meet with the photographer and videographer when they arrive. We believe that the entertainment is the most important factor for a successful reception. Being able to work well with all of the professionals involved on your special night is what makes a reception run smoothly. It also ensures that you will have the entire evening to enjoy your guests and each other. Instead of worrying about any details of the night. We want every guest to leave saying the night was magical.
